The 46th edition of I.I.M.U.Ns digital conferences, hosted in the last
weekend of February brought delegates from across the country to discuss
and deliberate world issues. The goal of a conference is to inspire and
empower these young minds not just through intriguing agendas but also
through a wonderful panel at the opening ceremony. The ceremony
commenced at 3:30 PM on the 27th of February with the Indian national
anthem followed by a soothing and relaxed musical session with artist
and performer Mr Vijay Yadav, who not just showed students the result of
hard work and dedication but also engaged in a fruitful conversation
that gave an insight into the music industry. The following segment
hosted a true luminary Mr Sandeep Marwah the founder of Noida Film City,
and the creator of Marwah Studios who also happens to be the mind behind
the Academy of Film & Television. He addressed the virtual congregation
not just as an inspiring professional but as a passionate teacher. He
saw our delegates as the future and spoke of how the world changes and
how cinema and his industry has played their part. He encouraged
students to follow their dreams and achieve their goals. His words and
answers to the question by the audience truly left a mark. This engaging
session was followed by an instrumental repertoire by Ms Palak Jain, an
upcoming professional flautist. Her tunes helped our delegates gear up
and create change in their committee sessions.
