What Happened on 25th of Feb?

While India’s richest face a bomb scare, how much more is there to it? Once the booming central for the underworld, is corruption within the legal system, a new-age twist to the raging old tale of Mafia Dons, murders, and more?

In a country, a democracy, where the elected government of a state allegedly is controlled by the deceit of corruption, how must a security threat to the largest Asian multi-billionaire be identified? The glamorous streets of Mumbai, once the beloved home of Mafia dons, now a battlefield for corruption, deception, and criminal intimidation.

What happened on the 25th  of Feb?

On February 25th Mumbai Police was alerted about a Scorpio abandoned near  Reliance Industries owner Mukesh Ambani’s residence Antilia. Upon a lot of scrutinies, officers recovered unassembled gelatin sticks (explosives used in quarries) and a threatening letter addressed to the Ambani family.

Investigators were able to track the registered owner of the Scorpio vehicle, Mansukh Hiren.

In his statement to the Mumbai Police, Mansukh Hiren had expressed that his car wasn’t in use for over a year and he recently drove the vehicle to sell it.

Mansukh Hiren had said to cops that his car broke down and he parked it on the Mulund-Airoli Link Road on February sixteen. when he came back to the spot the next day, the vehicle had been stolen.

The Vikhroli police have reported that Mansukh Hiren had even filed a grievance concerning his stolen Scorpio with them.

Explosive material found

Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS) and numerous police groups found twenty gelatin sticks In the vehicle near  Antilia on Carmichael Road, under the jurisdiction of Gamdevi station. The area has been cordoned off; pedestrian and traffic have been restricted within the region.

Police officers confirmed that it completely wasn’t an assembled device. The Crime Branch of Mumbai Police is working on the matter.

Reports counsel that the number displayed on the vehicle matches the number of a vehicle in Mukesh Ambani’s security detail. A letter has been reportedly found inside the vehicle. Police have confiscated the vehicle for further investigation.

The Scorpio, laden with 20 gelatin sticks and only missing a detonator, was tracked down to Mansukh Hiran- a man dealing with car interiors. However, this car seemed to not belong to him… but then who? An old customer named Sam Peter Newton – a man many know little of. Allegedly, Hiran was supposed to sell the car and was driving it after over a year, but how can a man who doesn’t have a car legally registered under his name sell it? If Hiran and Vaze were said to be friends, there lies a possibility that Deshmukh was the mastermind, and Hiren and Vaze, just his puppets.

Mukesh Ambani bomb scare mystery deepens

March 5th, a day when many questions arose, and few, answered. The alleged abatement to the suicide of Sachin Vaze, whose body was found at the Thane creek left many questions and hypothesises unanswered.

Police officers fished out his body from the Mumbra creek in Thane. Thane Police reported that a minimum of 5 handkerchiefs was tied around his face.

He cannot die by suicide, said members of Mansukh Hiren’s family reacting to unconfirmed reports earlier that he may have taken his own life and they knew that Mansukh was in Virar on Thursday night.

Speaking to the media on Friday, Mansukh Hiren’s wife said that, “When he left home last night, he was called by policeman Vinod  tawde to meet at Ghodbunder.”

His wife additionally mentioned that “Probe ought to reach its end; he wouldn’t kill himself. The police used to call him daily and  he was forced  to sit with them.”

Hiren wrote a statement on March 2nd about his frustration due to constant hindrance from the police, journalists, and the general public, which was allegedly done by Sachin Vaze and two other cops who have been caught so far Shinde and Gaur. The statement was addressed to people like Uddhav Thackeray and Anil Deshmukh, yet the creation of the statement was allegedly done by Vaze, who is said to have ties with Deshmukh. Does this mean that Deshmukh ordered the murder of an innocent, or possibly an ally due to fear of the NIA?

The following day, Sachin Vaze was taken into custody by authorities under a variety of different allegations. Still detained, Vaze supposedly used his right to silence to not provide reasoning or answers to questions in regards to the reported murder of Hiren. Turning the arrest into a political issue, the Shiv Sena believes that Vaze was under the hit list of Bharatiya Janata Party and is possibly being unfairly detained. Th is move could be due to the possibility of Deshmukh and Vaze’s relationship, and the situations that are coming to light in recent days. This could make it harder to hide the tracks of Hiren’s killer and the bomb threat mastermind if they are the same person or people.

Home Minister Anil Deshmukh on Sunday stated that appropriate action is about to be taken based on investigation agencies’ findings in the Antilia bomb scare case.

“The recovery of gelatin sticks from Scorpio car outside Mukesh Ambani’s residence and conjointly the Mansukh Hiren death case is been taken up by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) and the investigations are already in place.

Home minister Deshmukh is still under the controversy of his possible involvement with Vaze. Said to have asked Vaze to accumulate 100 crores each month by addressing bars and restaurants in the insides of Mumbai, Deshmukh, and Vaze may have a faithful and distinct connection. Deshmukh, unknown incomplete involvement, may have been the mastermind behind it all, asking Vaze to execute his plans and help develop the plan for the bomb scare at Antilla. Situations are getting intense every passing day, ATS Maharashtra is further working on the case.

Our city, our country is still caught in this fine-tuned web of corruption and extortion, with bribery, misfeasance, and criminality, its very roots. The central hub of people from across the nation and world – Mumbai may be hiding secrets far worse than we could have imagined. The vicious cycle of the inherent greed for power must stop before the booming business capital can truly ever grow.

While we may never know the actual culprit to the bomb scare, we do know that Mumbai hides darkness within its glamour – and it’s time we uncover and diminish it.
